Team Building Workshops

Looking for a creative, embodied experience for your team? We also offer workshop programmes designed for corporate and organisational groups - using theatrical tools to strengthen communication, trust and collaboration.

Not your typical team building.

We are a theatre company. For over a decade we have been working with people in the most challenging environments – prisons, refugee centres, psychiatric wards. We know how to build trust, unlock creativity and create real connection between people who don’t yet know how to work together.

Now we bring that experience to your team.

What we offer

Jubilo’s team building workshops use tools drawn from theatrical training – music, movement, voice and improvisation – to create a space where your team can genuinely meet each other. No PowerPoint slides. No trust falls. A living, breathing experience led by professional artists.

Our workshops can be tailored to your specific needs, whether you’re looking to build a new team from scratch, strengthen bonds within an existing group, integrate people from different departments, or spark creative energy before a key project.

Workshops can be held in Polish, English or Italian.

Our workshops can focus on:

  • building a team from people who are just getting to know each other
  • consolidating already existing groups
  • integrating a team formed from other groups or teams
  • building relationships between departments
  • strengthening identification with the team and the company

Why us and not a standard training company?

We don’t work from manuals, templates or ready-made scripts. Over years of practice in some of the most demanding environments imaginable, we have developed our own original method – one that no training company can replicate.

Our workshops are led by professional actors and artists who know how to unlock creative energy in a room. Your team will learn to express themselves and their ideas in ways they never expected – fresh, spontaneous, authentic.

Whether you need to break the ice in a new collaboration, strengthen the bonds within an existing team, or spark creativity before a big project – our approach gets people out of their heads and into genuine connection.

We believe a team doesn’t need an expensive retreat to come together. A team is born through something much simpler and much harder – working on real relationships, understanding our own emotions, and finding the courage to open up to others and to ourselves.

What will the workshops include?

Our workshops draw on three core elements of theatrical training:

Music

rhythm, singing, playing instruments. Sound as a way to connect, synchronise and find a shared pulse.

Movement

body work, contact improvisation, elements of dance. Learning to be present, to respond, to share physical space with another person.

Text

presentation skills, drama, character work. Finding your voice and the confidence to use it.

Through these tools, participants discover something that goes far beyond a typical training session. Our work opens the door to:

  • Building genuine relationships and a real sense of trust and safety within the group
  • Seeing things from another person’s perspective – understanding attitudes, views and mindsets different from your own
  • Creating shared experiences that bond people from the inside, not just on the surface
  • Developing the team step by step – from cooperation, through collaboration, to mature interdependence
  • Communicating more openly and honestly
  • Growing in personal confidence while understanding your role within the team
  • Discovering that difference and individuality are not obstacles – they are the team’s greatest strength
  • Learning to truly listen – to yourself, to your partner and to the group

The result is not just a better team. It’s a team that actually understands how and why it works.

Formats

We offer flexible formats adapted to your schedule and goals:

Mini – a single 2-hour session. An energising introduction to theatrical team building, ideal as an icebreaker or a creative warm-up.

Midi – a full day, 5 hours across two sessions. Enough time to go deeper, build group dynamics and create a shared experience that lasts.

Maxi – three days, 4 hours daily across two sessions. A transformative programme for teams ready to invest in lasting change.

Practical details

Workshops are led by a team of 3–4 professional artists, depending on group size. Optimal group size is 10–20 participants, allowing for individual attention. Participants should wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement. We can work at your venue (any spacious room will do – no gym required) or arrange a suitable space.
