We believe that music, movement and shared presence can cross barriers that words cannot – social, linguistic, cultural.
We don’t do this instead of theatre. We do this as theatre. Every voice deserves to be heard.
We make theatre with all the people. Everywhere. Touring Poland and beyond.
Hands-on theatre practice — voice, body, rhythm, storytelling. For groups of all kinds.
Longer processes. Research, collaborations and community work that unfold over time.
Elegia brings together artists from Poland, Italy, and Canada in a powerful theatrical reflection on war, peace, and the fragile ties that bind us. Through poetry, polyphonic Corsican songs, and a contemporary reimagining of the Greek chorus, the performance becomes a collective voice of memory, resistance, and hope — an elegy for peace beyond borders.
Since 2014, Unlocking has brought theatre into Penitentiary No. 1 in Wrocław, creating a space for artistic expression, growth, and dialogue. Working with inmates, Jubilo Foundation uses performance and training to build confidence, social skills, and new ways of connecting with the world beyond prison walls. At the heart of the project is Kleczkowska Theatre — a unique professional stage inside the prison, created together by inmates and the Jubilo team.
Granice/Borders – European Festival of Theatre in Prison is a meeting which, through direct educational experience and exchange of knowledge, leads to the strengthening of social awareness and increasing the potential of entities active in the cultural sector, which carry out theatre activities in prisons. The event will be a unique opportunity for an international exchange of practices and theatrical experiences in the penitentiary environment.
